Good Experience but Sold us a Corrupt Video Would upgrade this to 5 star but for the fact that we bought a video on a USB stick and large parts of the film are corrupt so the product is not watchable. Although we have messaged them on FB to ask for another copy they have not responded, so, we are hoping to reach them this way so we can award them the 5 stars as the experience was amazing. A must-do when visiting Victoria Falls The helicopter flip over the Victoria Falls is a must do. The tour, although short, is offering a unique view over the Falls. The chopper feels safe and provides a fantastic view from every seat with outward curved windows. Make sure you get the DVD with the videos and the photos of you. Amazing Absolutely loved this helicopter ride. What an amazing experience going over Victoria Falls. Everything was organized so well and the communication was great with the Staff. Romeo was very helpful. Romeo I’ll always be your Juliet. I was so lucky to get to sit in front of the helicopter next to the Pilot. Surreal experience What a wonderful experience!! It is a must to do this. We went through Maramba Aerodrome. Very well organised and not a very long waiting time. The ride was fabulous for 20 min seeing the falls, the gorge, the river, livinstone island. The experience surreal.

Trip of a Lifetime! Wow! This helicopter flight is a must-do experience. From pick-up from your hotel to drop-off, you have a totally professional treatment. Then, the flight. I have done the Grand Canyon chopper flight from Las Vegas and this was a much more OMG lifetime experience. The view is more than spectacular and any film or picture does not do it justice. Definitely worth every cent. The video that you can buy is stock footage with personal shots added at appropriate stages so it’s a good memento!

Terrible The five person Helicopter has two people facing backwards looking through a small window. When a 180cm person is opposite you are crammed in and need to twist your body to see anything. What you do see when looking backwards is where is have been and not the full view. Also there is no commentary from the pilot so other than the falls which are obvious you have no idea where you are. Other people on our tour used other companies and this did not occur to them. Big Disappointment A once in a lifetime experience to view from the air. However, compared to other helicopter trips in other countries this was poor. The helicopter was stifling hot, no explanation of how to get airvents to work. Worst of all zero communication from pilot. Was told headphones were not for that purpose when I raised it after flight. One wonders why they were plugged in. Beware of hard sell of video/photos after flight. Something we did not agree to. "Great flight over Victoria Falls!" At the end of the African safari, a flight with the Zambezi Helicopter over the Victoria Falls is a special experience. There was less water in the autumn than in the spring of 2018. The flight is unique and we can highly recommend it. The Zambezi Helicopter team is friendly and helpful. Unequal rides Very disappointing. The company told us that the pilot would fly in a manner that both sides of the copper got equal access to view the Falls. The pilot did not. Our side got few views of the falls. This was mentioned by the people on the other side of the copper. For $250 it was a rip off for our side. We asked the company to refund part of our payment. Worth every minute It was a great experience flying over Victoria Falls in a helicopter, but especially with this team. Completely safe organized flights. The briefing was clear, concise and understandable - there was no room to worry. The flight itself: unfortunately, I must say that the 15 minute tour is exactly the right amount of time. Even if longer flights are offered, the 15 minutes were ideal and absolutely sufficient for us. The price from the flight costs and the entrance fees is perfectly okay and justified.
