The Zambezi Helicopter company operates 365 days a year, from early morning until dusk.
Pick up times and approximate flight times will be allocated when you make your booking. All agent bookings must include a voucher reference.

what not to bring
We recommend that all valuables be left in your hotel lockups.
No heavy belongings, as there is a weight limitation.
No age restriction.
Children need to be accompanied by an adult / guardian.
Children under 3 years of age are flown free of charge sitting on their parent's / guardian's lap.
All Children over 3 years are charged full price.
Each helicopter has a middle seat so there is no guarantee of a window seat. Window seats may not be pre booked – they are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Our helicopters provide service to the Medical Air Rescue Service for all its search and rescue operations. Should an emergency situation arise, your flight may be cancelled and rescheduled.
Flights may also have to be cancelled due to bad weather. Should you not be able to reschedule your flight, a full refund will be given through your agent (if pre-booked) on return to your domicile should you not be able to fly at another time.
The Zambezi Helicopter Company offers you the chance to purchase a dvd of your flight after landing. This includes some generic footage of Victoria Falls as well as specific footage of you taking your flight. At U$40 per disc this is great value to show family and friends back home.
The Zambezi Helicopter company cannot fly any passengers who have not fully paid.
Payments can be made via any of the following methods prior to flying:
Passengers can pay in cash at the helipad prior to flying.
We accept VISA credit cards at the helipad.
Passengers can pre-pay by transferring directly to our bank account BEFORE flying. Please CONTACT US If you wish to make a transfer.
